             WHO WE ARE IS DEFINED BY WHAT WE DO. . .
Daniel is a Mexican-American with over 25 years of global experience that includes being a founding member of prominent IT firms in Silicon Valley U.S.A. and in Asia-Pacific – where he spent over 15 years living in China/Hong Kong and Singapore. Overseas, Daniel learned Chinese and adopted his mission-oriented American business philosophy to more appropriately assimilate throughout various Asian cultures. Experience includes:
  • Managing Director : Mercury Interactive Greater China (Hewlett-Packard) and China’s largest IT firm (Stone Group).
  • Sales & Marketing Director : Fortune 500 firms (Unisys China/Hong Kong and Compuware Asia-Pacific)
  • Group Account Director : Ogilvy Group-WPP Singapore where he managed the IBM account in 12 SE Asian countries.
After returning to the States, Daniel founded ADVICON Computer Corp which focused on IT Security Solutions for small-to-medium sized businesses. Within a few short years, the company grew to over 30 staff with revenues exceeding 2 million. He often referred to President Truman’s famous quote “no matter the circumstance; the buck stops with me.”
​Because of his success, Daniel was asked to serve the community in various capacities such as:
  • Freemason  :  Master Mason - Mt. Clemens Lodge #6
  • Board of Directors  :  Habitat for Humanity. ALS Michigan. Macomb County Charities.
  • Clinton Township Downtown Development Authority (DDA).
  • Michigan House of Representatives  :  2010 Ballot for 31st District as Independent
Due to COVID, ADVICON was closed and Daniel decided to back to college and pursue his education in the legal field.
  • 2023 : Summa Cum Laude  -  AAS in Legal Studies at Macomb.   ( Phi Theta Kappa - Honors )
  • 2024 : Summa Cum Laude  -  BA in Law at Wayne State University.   ( GPA 3.985 )
  • 2024 : Summa Cum Laude  -  BA in Communications at Wayne State University.   ( Lambda Pi Eta - Honors )
Currently, Daniel intends to pursue his Masters in Legal Studies and continue to write his award winning children’s book series: The Adventures of Elvis the Pug. He and Elvis visit over 5,000 elementary students each year to promote anti-bullying campaigns during March Reading Month [see video below and books tab above].
Daniel believes that his experience helping others and serving his community is critical component of his personal values, philosophy and business successes.
